DESCRIPTION:Workshop 1: "Navigating DEIB: Current Landscape and Future Directions"\n\n\n\nAgenda:\n\n12:00 - 1:00 p.m. | Lunch (Included with Registration)\n\n1:00 - 4:00 p.m. | Workshop\n\n\n\nIn partnership with Deborah Biddle of The People Company\, the Chamber is hosting this workshop to provide business owners with insights into the current state of Diversity\, Equity\, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) within the business community while also exploring future trends and challenges in the post-DEIB climate. Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences\, challenges and aspirations regarding DEIB practices within their businesses and gather valuable data and best practice trends to inform future strategies. \n\n\n\nAlthough all members are welcome to attend\, these workshops are primarily intended for owners of small and medium-sized businesses and leaders who do not have significant internal resources dedicated to DEIB or related initiatives.\n\n\n\nThis is the first of two events in this workshop series. Attendance at both events is preferred but not required.
